Film processor spitting out blank film

Not sure if this is a Harlequin issue or an imagesetter issue. We have a Harlequin RIP going to a Katana imagesetter. Recently, after every page we process, the imagesetter spits out an unexposed piece of film (about 15 inches). So, a standard CMYK job yields eight pieces of film instead of...

Can't get a Zero Dot using Navigator RIP 11

Thanks for the suggestions. I tried sending a blank page and same thing happens. I already checked the curves in calibration and the zero box does indeed say "0". I have a call in to tech support. They're supposed to call me back later today. Let's see what happens.

When we place the labels on the bottles we still see a light haze on the clear areas no matter how hard we burnish them down. An off-the-shelf...

    Transparency issues with Creo Prinergy

Thank you for your reply, Jackie. I don't know what version they're using but I suspected we weren't the only people with this problem and an update fix would come by soon. I'll let them know to update to version 4 if they haven't already. Thanks again.

    Transparency issues with Creo Prinergy

We are having the same issues as a poster on the Adobe section. However, his solutions don't work for us. We are a graphic design studio that receives Illustrator files from many other studios. Many times these studios use spot colors in their drop-shadows and transparencies. When we make...
