    Magenta prints unevenly QMDI Pro

    The uneven coverage extends across sheet in the 13" direction. Uneven laser imaging would not cause this problem.

    On heavy coverage, the magenta prints unevenly in alternating heavier and lighter areas. We've checked out the form rollers and a Heidelberg tech shimed the rollers for us, but the problem persists. Again this is only in the magenta unit. Any thoughts appreciated

    InDesign error code 5

    I've got a 52 page InDesign document that won't open. The message I get is "... is damaged and cannot be recovered (Error code: 5)." Does anyone know of a way to recover this document. It is 130mb.

    Indesign resizing place images

    We use templates to send files to our presses. When we place new images in an existing template, InDesign automatically resizes the image to fill the space. Is there any way to turn this feature off?

    CREO Rip CREO Rip We have the same problem with transparencies with our CREO RIP on the 700. I cannot figure out how to adjust the "Screen Mode." Is this a setting on your Xerox RIP?
