1st unit water ON button continuously flashes. Can not turn it off. And it will not allow the water to drop completely onto plate. Check all sensors that I am aware of and turned power off and on But still the same problem. Press will idle and will feed sheets however unit will not drop water...

We are having alot of trouble printing on cold stock. piling on the edges of the image. i feel pretty sure that it is a direct result of trying to print on stock that is too cold. Like most places we are basically ordering most of our paper as needed and we don't keep alot on hand thus...

currently using a Sphira lubricant on CD 74 Lubricant HP 2 ( GLP 500 ) Anyone out there using a substitute for this. This stuff is 88 Bucks a can 1kg. There must be an alternative to this!!!!!.
