I would say go for a Indigo. We have a Heidleberg DI and it has it's own set of issues and has had them since we bought new.

We just bought a Scodix and it is a very cool machine. We are in Greenville, NC the name of our company is AccuLink. There is an overprint varnish that works really well that is called Kentucky Shine that dries fast and doesn't ghost nearly as bad as regular varnish. Hope this helps

I think the Indigo 7500 is way better than the iGen but, I am kind of bias because I'm an Idigo 7000 operator. The 7500 with white ink upgrade you can do some really cool stuff but, I will warn you the white ink is a pain in the neck with keeping the cunductivity right. just my two cents worth

If you are running large envelope runs I would bite the bullet and buy a Halm Jet. You can get productoin numbers easily in the 20,000 an hour and you can also regular jobs with ease as well (60 lb. offest at 15,000 IPH two sided) these presses also perfect. We have two the newest is the Halm...

QM46-2 problems Try roughing up the back side of the poly plate with scotch brite (lightly) and wet both sides. The slight scratches and water will cause a slight suction to the cylinder and keep it from slipping.
