To replace an old folderr

Heidelberg Harris is 546.1 mm where as Komori is 546 mm. Is the difference only theoretical or is there a difference of 0.01mm practically. Can this folder from Heidelberg Harris be coupled with a Komori of 546mm cut off.

In some presses the cut off is 21.5" which is 546.10 mm and in some it's 546 mm. Is the difference only theoretical or is there a difference of 0.01mm practically.

THere is an issue of cracking of spine of cover ( coated papera)for magazines after saddle stitching. This was folded on the run in Motter folder attached to the high speed press.
