    Kodak Trillian SP Help!

    The first place I would check is your processor. You may not getting all of the emulsion off of the plate. Your plush rollers may be worn which would result in insufficient scrub on the plate as it's processed. This is less of an issue with Sword plates because they are a positive plate. Good luck!!

    When adding a layout to a prinergy job try selecting "Use Prinergy Signature Selection" on the new layout window. This doesn't use preps but imports the template the same as printing back into prinergy.

    Try logging in as an admin. We had some permissions issues when using our operator logins. When I reconfigured the macs to all mount with admin rights the permissions errors went away.

When something's not right make sure you've checked your density/dot gain, blankets, packing, etc. When you go in to pre-press ask them what they think it could be.
