KM C7000 has a better handling for variety of materials than X700, so if your may have to print on different material and want a expected result, you can go for the C7000. by the way, dont trust me, go to test machine with as many type of paper as possible when u go for the demo

All i can say is that, the manufacturing plants for toner and spare parts of KM are in the south part of japan. so the impact is a minimal.

KM has no impact for the supply of spare parts as she does not have manufacturing plant over that area.

i have worked for KM for some years and has sold some units of C500 and many of the C6500. to be very honest, both pieces work well on normal paper, if you go for the volume. but if u will encounter a lot of different materials, C6500 will deliver a much better result than the C500. by the way...

i would say the creo is better. but i have to say that i have not used the professional rip.
