    If I recall it's either a ZIP or RAR file. Try changing the extension. I haven't worked with Apogee in a long while but I think I was able to get a PDF and maybe even a jobplan out of an ARCH.

    Have you tried printing unidirectional instead of bidirectional or even try a different resolution? Maybe also try setting the media thickness a little lower? I'd guess your head slant is a bit off, it can happen if you've had a bad head crash or media jam.

    Tough to say without knowing the scale... I'd start with a printhead cleaning and an alignmet. If your nozzle check is clear and you're still seeing it, try a media feed adjustment.
