    Printing .020 and .010 styrene on a QS3200?

    For 010 styrene I have found it works best in roll form. 020 works fine for single sided in sheet form. Don't try double sided edge to edge. You will end up with warping and prints that will pop up under the the carriage. The one thing with these printers is to have a very clean and dry air supply.

    Sounds to me like your offsets are wrong for your fence right and left and maybe sheet input. The easy way I have found to set them up is to print a simple keylined box maybe 6" square. What you want to happen is have the line on the leading edge and the right edge of the material. If it prints...
