    Color management with lamination

    I couldnt see the Xrite being thrown off by the laminate. Personally I just profile on my substrates and manually adjust my curves for the Laminate as i see fit. Alot of colors dont change with the lam, but there are some that change drastically.

    Switching to Illustrator…

    Ive been using PowerLayout by Esko in illustrator and it works great, a few things i've like to change but i believe i have a 'modified/dummed down' version for my HP IN100 SmartStream RIP. Either way, fairly simple plug-in to use.

    Postscript Type 1 Fonts and OS X 10.6 +

    Has anyone run into the issue with OSX 10.6+ no longer supporting Postscript type 1 fonts? Im trying to find a decent font converter but everyone i've used keeps drooping out special characters or mangling the font all together. Any advice would be fantastic :) thanks
