Our cutting blades are at 24 degrees.....pad 1/2 inch off of the spine, clamp pressure turned down. we run our books with 1/4 head trim so the first cut we take 1/8" off and then cut the other 1/8" inch off, (less pressure on paper). Excess glue on spine will also cause chipping.

I never seen glue assist knives on a die.... what do they do?

Looking for Glue or tape that will hold for Gloss UV coated pocket folders. We have tried several different brands and strenghts and nothing seems to work..... they are off a flood UV coater so it cant be knocked out.

It is a GMS hot melt system through a nozzle

my shop is new to fugitive gluing and we are having a problem with the glue pulling the ink off of the paper when we open it. We have tried less tacky glue and yet it still happens. It does it on both coated and non coated stocks Any help would be great!

Looking for a company that fixes Polar EMC 115 monitors

The monitor on our Polar 92 E cutter is starting to fade and get blury.Does anyone have a fix for this without getting a new monitor.I saw the other post about switching it with a new monitor but that was for a 92EMC.The 92E has the monitor built into the cutter.Any suggestions would be helpful.
