Hi, Mirror can't be locked of the Primesetter mostly cause by Backplane pcb.

HI, Please ensure that when the plate was processing, there are no water flow backward to developer... U can see it when the plate comes out from developer and enter to the wash section. I have experienced that the wash section first pair rollers have no pressure enough or the rollers was wear off.

Hello karrish 552, How about your Prosetter? Did you try set your Rip setting to positive and expose a plate and see whether the image is correct now... I think it shouldnt be the laser faulty if the laser will write the non image area and switch off at the image area...
