Kala, You can change the PDF Bounding box in Acrobat Professional, the option is available in Advance Menu > Print Production > Crop Pages tool. You can define the Custom Page size (Plate size in your case) and also play with X and Y offsets to meet the plate gripper requirement. Hope this helps.
