    Thanks for your suggestion Priceline Negotiator: To add to my ordeal, is that the seller did say he would replace the unit (if I paid all shipping expenses...). He would then ship back a replacement unit that would come with - wait for this.... "no guarantees/warranties" (go figure)!!!!!
