    Size is obviously an issue, I think they are kind enough to make it smaller to send across the internet. And I don't see any problem saving in AI format all the way. 60 cards 120 sides will take ~10-15 minutes to impose with crop mark just using AI alone.

    Looks like you don't have alot to cut, right? or space is an issue? If you are aiming low price, I will buy a used manual trimmer, they work and they are way more solid than these "toy" trimmer. If you aiming for long term, get a small Polar. Hydraulic is always better, no doubt about it.

    I am using "Gleam", but mine is design for PP, meaning lamination. It works super good on coated especially. Just setup your die, as long as you have almost the right pressure and +/- 10 degree, it will stick. And it stick on toner as well. For uncoated paper, Kurz is the best I have used...
