    I found it, I switched #4 & #5 relay so fare all works, I think #4 relay was bad but it seems to be ok in the 5 slot!! Thanks for info,

    I have an AB Dick 9970D. The feeder is constantly activated & the feet go up and down non-stop. The solenoid that triggers the feet to start feeding in the up & down motion is constantly charged and activated. Any ideas as to why this is happening and how would I track down the problem or fix...
