Yes the GP-501 I don't know why our tech are having such a hard time Do you know what kind of maintenance your techs are doing?

We are on our 4th.....yes 4th GBC unit for our KM C7000. We seem to be unable to get past 30k-40k clicks before complete system jamming. Last failure took 4 days to diagnose and it was a drive cable. Does anyone have good success with these units? Can anyone recommend a replacement for my KM...
