    Book Weight Cracking...

I wouldn't remove them but instead purchase 4 of the correct foam rollers for the top. That way you still have control of the sheet as it exits the unit. If not, you are relying on the score to steer, transfer, and score all in one. Risky for me.

Lamination Peeling off after 2 to 3 months

We have ran the gauntlet of lamination companies (GBC, KDX, D and K) and found that we have the best overall luck with translwrap. The next question is are the covers printed digital or offset. Fuser/fuser fluid is very difficult to adhere to and requires a "high tak or aggressive adhesive".

    selecting creasing matix

We would crease with technifold on the mbo while folding (inline). We run lots of jobs like this everyday. I do not have any of the equipment that you have listed. Seems like a lot of setup on the press side. Can be done very easily on the folder.

    selecting creasing matix

what is the stock? Why do you need to crease on the press versus the folder?

    Average folding speed.

We average 7500/hr with one operator. Saddle bound will be a little slower (doesn't pile as nice) We are using an MBO B26S.
