Hi guy, We bought user Schneider senator 76 Eline. The issue is machine display gap about 10mm when we move manually slowly but gap still the same on any size. But when we move fast it display size is different about 150mm like it display 300mm and we measure 120mm. Any one can help? Thanks

We bought two Ricoh 9200 a year ago. Once alignement is done and as long we use the same paper. We don't need readjustment.

Thank you wheeler for your feedback. We use Fiery so as you say maybe Duplo is better option. But we have great difference price between two brand, UCHIDA is cheaper by 30% with can lead us to have quality issue ?

We looked at DUPLO at local distributor. but price is more expensive than UCHIDA. UCHIDA upgrade there offer to full package Aerofold X PRO with business card 10 slitter. it can cut 25up business card.

So we are talking about fiery impose. Here are the steps to do. correct me if I'm wrong : 1- make PDF file with all the business card both side (25 business two side card so 50 page) 2- select unique and gangup in imposition profile. 3- Select duplex button. Is that wright ? Thanks

Hi, We have roland versa uv lec2 640 machine. Cyan color is not aligned with other color when printing. its like to have two line cyan with 1mm between them. Any help please.
