    Gaff4fun - is the Fiery connected to your Ricoh device a E-8100 v1.1? If so, Fiery did create a 10.12 driver and released to Ricoh. You can get the driver by contacting Ricoh, or optionally from EFI's download center. (http://www.efi.com/support-and-downloads/download-center/). Hope that helps.
