    Do you pass your discounts on to the client?

    I never pass along paper discounts. If I can find a lower cost on paper, there is no reason to pass it along. This is not an "ethics" issue. Just IMHO good business. However, I do tend to give everyone a cost break if a job multiple-up. I know some printers do while others do not.

    Xerox 3100 vs Ricoh 9200

    I am looking at a 9200 currently. CLick charges are .0063 b/W and .0229 color. I currently have a 7200 and the black click rate you mentioned is very low as well as the color. My click rates are .007 B/W and .0315 for color. This is in the States. Anyone else looking at the 9200 currently?>??
