1C Black? Help Me?

Happy Christmas Everyone...

I am currently working on some CD covers for a client that are going to be printed in Germany... the artwork includes a barcode....

I have sent them the artwork to approve, which they are happy to accept, but only when I have changed '4c black' into '1c black'...

I have had no training in using Photoshop, which is probably why I don't know/cant figure out how to do this?

Im using Adobe Photoshop CS4 and I must send them the files in PDF format...

Please help me if you can...

Hi, I think all they want is have you change black that mixed out of CMYK to just 100% black. If you have an editable file that should pose no complications...

At some point you may reconcider make those in Illustrator rather than Phoshop.
