We are a leader in the digital printing marketplace in New York City and we are looking for an experienced Sales Account Executive to work on our corporate sales team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities for both new and existing clients. As an Account Executive your ability to prospect for new clients, conduct cold calls, and nurture ongoing client relationships will be crucial to your success.
We are looking for an energetic, self starter who understands the changing nature of the print industry. We expect you to represent our company in a professional manner and be willing to work as team player with other sales professionals as well as our production staff. Previous experience in print industry sales is a must!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Identify New Business Opportunities
• Make daily prospecting calls
• Secure appointments with potential new customers
• Follow up with existing customers to keep us “top of mind”
• Estimate jobs using our easy to use online estimating software
• Communicate job requirement accurately to the production coordinator
• Participate in quality assurance of the finished product
• Coordinate finished jobs with accounting department for accurate billing
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in selling print.
• Understanding of the printing industry including digital printing, large format printing, offset printing and variable data printing
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Networking skills a must
• Strong closing skills
• Computer literate
• Strong business writing skills
• Professional appearance
• Self starter, energetic, with a positive attitude to the job.
