Adding Pop-up Calender in PDF form

I'd like to add a pop up calender in a Date entry field in a PDF form to input the MM/DD/YY. Any ideas on how to do this?

If you use an AcroForm, then you need to write some JavaScript to enable it - or license one of the existing 3rd party add-ons for it.

If you use an XFA-based form - it should be automatic.
