Hello everybody.
There is an avantra 30E,
before it finish to boot it display the error 169 (Missing not enough times 4 encoder pulses)
But if I bypass the error by pressing plus sign it become ready and it can image without problem!
I did carriage alignment with Avdiag but there is no change the error come back again.
What can cause this error?
Thanks in advance.

That might be an obstacle like the Flapper or ETC touching the Carriage during movement in boot up mode.It could be from faulty encoder as well. Open the Covers and visually inspect the carriage and Flapper movement while the machine is in boot up sequence. The problem might get worst and you will experience this during imaging as well, if you do not find the source of problem.

Hope this will help!.
