Hi! I m looking for some help with Bourg binder 3001 machine!
The problem is that the carriage start run from home position and when it reach slower speed point, (signal from encoder) it stuck. This problem is not happening all the time, there are some moments that everything goes correct. The same happening when I disconnect encoder. The carriage stuck in the same place, but when not, than it goes with full speed when reach end switch. For me it looks like the clutch isn't working correct. I have noticed that at those moments signal from PLC turns off clutch.
