canon c7055 printer asks to load the paper

canon imagerunner asks to load the paper even though the paper is on the tray.when i trying to print some quantity of copies it just prints one or couple copies and asks to load paper when paper is on the tray.paper size ok-printer has no problems to recognize the size.i`m talking about multipurpose tray.when i`m printing from drawers it`s ok.
anyone has any ideas?

make sure you select multipurpose tray continuous feed and not manual feed or one at a time feed.
