Can't move a page up in the queue

Hi! We've got a frustrating issue here running Rampage Client 10.5b10.

We can't move a page up or down in the queue. The buttons are there in the lower left hand corner, but they are "grayed out" and not clickable. Any ideas on how to solve this would be greatly appreciated! It gets pretty frustrating when one of us has a 1 or 2 page doc trying to run through and someone else is running a 80 page catalogue. Let me know!

Make sure you have the pagelist in Queue order. if it is in page name order those buttons are grayed out
