CS4 - What Can it Do?

I need to be able to do the following and CS4 Design Std was mentioned as a possible solution. Can you tell me if the following list is possible in CS4 Design Std? The workflow is that I will receive a mixture colour PDFs, MS Office doc, Jpeg and Tiff.

1. Moving and reordering pages

2. Merging documents

3. Adding text

4. Mask areas of a document

5. Impositioning (In Booklet, 4n-up, 2n-up etc.)

6. Adding or deleting pages

7. Add page numbering

8. Position pages (Change margin)

9. Cropping

10. Color correction ie. lighten/darken, change contrast

Yes, you can do all this within the CS4 suite but I will recommend you to also buy plugins from Callas or Quite to do some of this tasks more smoothly and quicker.
