Right now we have a very problematic Docucolor 5000 with too many problems to list and Xerox is not able to figure them out. They have dumped a lot of money into this machine just this week to try and fix one problem. It didn't work. A while ago when we first started having problems Copy Tronix loaned us a Digital Color Press 700 that they are trying to sell us. The lead systems analyst for my area has decided to order us a refurbished Docucolor 5000. I really am impressed with the quality of the 700 and don't want another 5000 should I fight to have them just take the 5000 back and get a 700?
