Dotmate7500 problem

I have a problem with dotmate7500. It's work fine during imageseting, but when film start going to the processor, it's stop right in front of the entrance of the processor. The processor all the time is in stand by mode, ready to work, but film is stuck. Then I must open dotmate and pullout that piece of film. Tell me what happens.

where you pullout piece of film (reare or front conveyor)
i think you pullout from rear conveyor
in top of rear conveyor is sensor clean it.
