down sample images when merging pdf's with acrobat 7

recently we recive from our client page maker files (splited book ) it's 8 page maker file i print them and produce ps file then merge it in acrobat 7.0 to have final file as single file but i notice now my pdf is downsample pics to 150 dpi the original files is 300 dpi .
i don't see any or notice any seetings when i merged the files .

any idea how can isolve like this problem .

Put all the files into one page maker document, print that to .ps and send it through Distiller. Just make sure Distiller is not down-sampling.
