Duplo DC - 646 optical registration mark not reading.

Hi there.

Bit of a puzzle. Works fine on coated stocks (both satin and gloss). Uncoated a different story. Lucky if we get one in three through. (spits them out the reject slot). We have tried different positions, thickness etc. Strangely enough it does seems better if we leave the job overnight and some brands better than others
Fyi. We don't put anything through less than about 200gsm and almost all SRA3. Screen shot of Reg mark attached.

I'd call Duplo. This sounds like a setting on the sensor, where it has a threshold of things under x intensity of the color are not recognized/accepted. Maybe there is a firmware update that will help.

shouldnt make a difference sitting. Are you within the specs of lead and side measurements. I like to do about 7mm. Between the 15mm max
Do you have the choice of a thin/thick line?
