ECO 1630 how to?

We have the ancient ECO 1630 plate machine.. Ya know, the one Moses used.. the same one he pushed through when he parted the Red Sea.. Anyway.. I am trying to figure out a way to print our files to it. Previous owners were running a G4 Mac but since we don't have ANY sort of machine that uses appletalk we cannot figure out a way to pipe files thru. We did try to make a hotfolder so we can just dump our files in but that didnt work. Is there some other option? Print to file? We don't have any software for this. Moses probably threw it away. LOL
