EPROM Data for MCon5 PCB of Katana FT-R5055.

Dear Sir,
I am in need of EPROM Data for MCon5 PCB of Katana FT-R5055. I have the EPROM Programmer. If anybody can give me the Data I will recover the EPROM. I attached herewith the Machine Test Film for your kind information.
