Equipment advise: best printer for Hotel access keys

First time poster needs advise,
I have recently come across several hotels in my area that need help with Key cards; specifically they want me to print blank card stock keys cards (that have the magnetic strip on the back) with their Hotel name, logo and instructions (on the back).
I would like to know which High volume, double sided, color machine is suitable for this?
I have seen machines from Zebra and other simile units but they only do up to 1,000/chp.

What machines do the people use who print for Marriott, best western etc....

Any advise is greatly appreciated

Ps- if the machine can also be used for ID cards as well that would be a Plus.

Interesting.

Most hotel key cards in N America are printed offset using FM screening.

I've seen digital machines that print on plastics on demand ... I think one of them is MGI Meteor.
