Error with Primesetter 74, can't cut file after printing

Hi everybody,

I meet trouble w/ my Primesetter 74. I do out put normally, the printer is ok w/ 1st file but when i start w/ 2sd file, the printer can't cut the 1st file for processing. The printer sounds "beep" and we found error msg no. 70.

Anybody experience help me to solve it.

Check the encoder and MASC-Board.

Encoder wheel may not rotating properly. Please check encoder at the take up side.
