We have been using Esko's Backstage Server for our production workflow and file archiving/retrivial of jobs. One of our staff has looked at the MAXPRO workflow software and finds it quite good & easier to work with. Though I believe that Backstage is still a little bit difficult to work with because of its limitations of software architecture and less tasks given along with the software. I would like to know if MAXPRO is similar to BACKSTAGE except for the fact that the User interface is different completely. Does anyone have this software and has compared it to Backstage? Please let us know if there are any limitations or issues with this software too. We are planning to have this software if we find it appealing and compatible to our production.
