We currently have a Pitney Bowes Relay 5000 folder envelope inserter. We have always had problems with jamming when folding 3 or more sheets of 8.5x11 60# in half inserting into a 6x9 envelope. We also have feeding issues with 9x12 catalogs. I need to stay with this type of unit due to space constraints. Im looking at the Relay 9000 which is manufactured by Plockmatic. Does anyone have experience with that unit or recommendations for a different manufacturer?
