Our FSC certification renewal is coming up and I am interested in feedback from anyone who has used Bureau Veritas Certification NA? We currently use SCS Global and have been happy with the logo approval process and speed at which approvals are given.
What time frame do you see approvals returned back to you?
Is someone available during typical business hours to answer questions when needed? And are they knowledgeable in answering them?
Is the approval process smooth with ease in acquiring logos online?
