I face problem with FT_R 3050 error massage
machine error 15.
can some body advice me

Hello Adnan can be several problems, lower mirror out of position, laser damaged, Guard board with problems Power supply problems or even error of OPTV board should be made several physical tests to define.

am sorry for late
the problem was all the optics and laser sensor were very dirty
I cleaned all then error gone
