Galileo Error 0046 Carriage Test error

Hoping someone can help me here. Operator had a plate stuck in Galileo VS. After removing the plate we have this error. Tried a few reboots and nothing
I know there are some very knowledgeable people on this site and have worked with old equipment before.
Error number: 0046

Desc: Carriage Test Error No X2 encoders read
