Ghosting on HP5500

I have a stock that we send out to be coated so it will run on the 5500. We have had success for over a year with this process. Lately I have been having ghosting on the back side of every other sheet. Both HP and the vendor say this is not a approved stock therefore it is not their problem. Any Ideas?

Does it do it on "approved" stock?

It does not happen on approved stock. That is why I posted this to see if anyone has done a work around.
