Heidelberg Primesetter 74 doesnt seе online processor

My Primesetter doesnt see onlince procesor (Glunz&Jansen), on GUI I have error 74 Online developer not ready. But online processor is ok, temperature on developer and fixer is ok. Everything is Ok, but primesseter doesnt see online processor.

Any idea?

It communicate via infrared port. Clean the IR sensor,Align primesetter and the bridge.

I was alredy do, but the error is still here. I changed Infra Red plate, but the problem is still here.

Hi, normally it's the communication problem which is the MIDO pcb faulty.
The small pcb at the bridge.
Did your GUI show the online photo of primesetter with the online processor?

Yes the GUI show the OLP photo, but not show parametar setting on OLP, for example, the temperature of developer and fixer. Also, I alredy change the smal pcb at the bridge with another taken from other primesetter wich work good, but in my primesetter is the same error.
