Help setting up a Duplo DFC-120 collator & DBM-120 bookletmaker

Hello

We have recently acquired a Duplo DFC-120 collator (twin tower) & DBM-120 bookletmaker at our studio.

I've no experience of using either of these machines, and so would like to find someone who has experience to help us set them up, and give us some pointers / training... Does anyone have experience, and would be willing to help? We are based in East London (E3) – perhaps a day's training at an agreed day-rate?

Also we're looking for someone to eventually come to service the machine(s) - but am also having a bit of a problem finding someone to help. Any pointers welcomed! We usually use Southern Print Finishing Services for our guillotine (EBA), but they don't work on Duplo machines.

I'm also open to the option of having the units operating separately -- i.e. just the collator(s), perhaps even singly, and the bookletmaker as a manual-fed machine...

Hi Simon - if you're 100% certain Mike at SPFS doesn't work on Duplo, then next try Alex Styles at PDC. They're in Perivale so not too far away.
But always contact Mike SPFS for your Duplo staples, he gave us better pricing than ordering direct on our Duplo account, last month.

It could be dis continued via Duplo and some companies dont want to take on that equipment. I know the 120 has been and lots of parts you need you cant get.
