Anyone has old or new working stepper motor driver card for Horizon BQ 270 perfect binder? Or, any source for buying? Apparently chip Toshiba TA8435H, JAPAN 522KA looks burnt. Card is labelled as QPW 688. Q000846-00 Horizon.
