How much electricity & UPS ???

Hello to all dear friends
We are installing a Heidelberg Superstar 105 Scl model 2007, along with a Glunz Interpolator 85 processor, a 350 liter air compressor unit and LG 27000 split AC
Please guide me how much electricity do we need and what kind of UPS and what size do we need for almost 10 minute power on

An uninterruptible power supply is designed to provide sufficient power for sufficient time to either perform a managed shutdown of sensitive and vital equipment (IT, comms, security systems, etc) or power it until the standby generator, usually on an automatic changeover switch that detects the DNO outage, starts and takes over, typically 30 to 60 seconds into the outage. They are not designed to run air conditioning nor air compressors, for any length of time. You need a UPS, a standby generator and a changeover switch.

We want only the Suprasetter and Rip computer to be remain on in case of a power outage so that we can shutdown manually, this is just to avoid damage to the laser heads. But for this, what capacity of UPS do we need? for example 3kva or 6kva
On the other hand, is 32 ampere single phase electricity enough to work this whole set?
 
A UPS device is a good idea to protect your equipment from not only power outages, but also voltage fluctuation like spikes and drops that can cause damage over the long term. You can find UPS calculators on many manufacturers' websites, you'll need to know your total wattage, VA for each device connected to the UPS.

32 amps @ 120 volts would put you in the range of a 6,000 va UPS. This is for short term to get you into shutdown or as a bridge before a generator starts up. If you do look at generators, be sure to look for a very low distortion rate or a true sinewave/inverter otherwise you could be doing more damage to sensitive electronics with dirty power.
 
Check the technical specs for current draw of the equipment you want to protect with a UPS. An under-sized UPS usually just stalls and goes into protect mode when overloaded. If you are competent to do it (or better still have a friendly spark) clamp the line either using a core splitter or at the board (with no other load on the circuit) and run the equipment for half an hour and record the maximum draw. As a rule of thumb, if your UPS is double the size of the load or more, all should be good. An oversized UPS gives you more runtime. Before installing a standby generator, we used to run our phone system on a much oversized UPS and it would hold for 6-8 hours on the battery!

Check platesetter spec sheet regarding max current then add some 500-800 VA for the rip server. Your target will be a pure sinewave, double conversion UPS around 6 kVA. Do not, repeat, do not use standard line interactive ups units.
The UPS will supply power to the ctp and rip server only. Make sure the earth grounding circuit is checked and measured by an authorized electrical engineer before installing the ups.
