HP 5000 Print Heads

I tried to replace my old Print Heads with a set of back-up Print Heads. Unfortunately, the Print Heads are out of warranty now and the HP 5000 would not recognized them.
Is there a way to fool the HP 5000 into thinking these Print Heads are still in warranty and recognize them?
I do not have the specific error code from trying to use the out of warranty Print Heads. I had to buy and install a new set.
