Hi Gang,
Just wondering if anyone out there using the HP Z series printers with the built in spectrophotometer had ever had to clean the optics of the spectro. I'm using the Kodak Matchprint Injet 3.2 and checking calibration daily. I'm starting to see an increase of the DeltaE reading for white (substrate). Wondering if the lens could be in need of a cleaning and if so, how would you do that? Just to make sure I'm covering all of the questions, I'm using Kodak SM240 P Type 1 media. We had an issue not too long ago with the head cleaner pads in both proofers but only one seems to have the white point going slowly up. Paper in both is coming from the same lots. Any help or ideas is appreciated.
Thanks,
Monkey
