hello all! i have a question that might apply more to the printers with more time under thier belt. i am relatively new to the digital printing marketplace but have a humble shop with 1 xerox 7655 and a dc12 nothing else. i also own another larger shop with di offset and multiple xerox machines and paper cutter etc. but i am looking to see what is the next step for me, or what is the best bang for my buck when adding services to my functioning shop? i have given some thought to a graphic wizard or teclighting uv coater, maybe another 7655 or 240? maybe a small paper cutter (triumph) to bring in offset jobs to my shop via the other? not really sure of what most of yall have done to keep it fresh and keep meet and exceed your customers needs? with the industry moving at such a rapid rate, i would like to anticipate change and be ahead of my customers wants, as to keep them happy and in return the will repay me with word of mouth advertising. just a small rant of sorts or perhaps a return to service either way you look at it. if you would be so kind to reply with any and all recommendations you might have. thanks, kristian!
p.s. sorry not to mention that i am in s.mexico, so what our benchmark on current services and such might not fit that of the eu or us, so once again all replies are greatly appreciated!
